We have had a long winter and are ready for Spring! Adelyn kept herself busy this winter by giving herself a haircut (pict. 1). The picture doesn't do her cut justice... we ended up getting about 5 inches cut off. She also learned how to tie her shoes and put her hair in ponytails. We have seen some really interesting hair do's lately! She has also been more interested in clothing and accessories lately. The popular styles in her preschool have been frilly tu-tu skirts and Twinkle Toe shoes. She has been enjoying school and still loves the days she gets to be a helper.
Cohen is a crazy, high-energy 2 year old. As soon as the temp hit 32 he has kept busy with opening any exterior door and running outside. I have come up with some creative ways to keep that from happpening! He loves to wear his "cape" all day and has also liked his rain boots lately. He has had a long winter and we are all ready for him to be able to burn off some energy OUTSIDE! He still loves to watch movies. His favorites are Little Einsteins and Thomas the Train but still loves to watch a good Barbie movie with Adelyn! He is a busy boy!
